Affordable, great amenities, good staff

Lived here for 5 years, first with roommates now with my husband. Staff and landlords have always taken care of me. Kind and get stuff done. Great part of town with young people and young families. Great amenities. Affordable for the size and area. A bit outdated but great for time being.

Awesome amenities and management

Centrally located right next to interstate. Can get to all parts of Knoxville within 15 minutes! Management is great and always responsive to maintenance needs and other things. Pool, gym, laundry, event space. Property is always well kept. Families, college students, and diverse tenants.
