Quality and Affordable
Bob Miller has been exceptional as a landlord--extremely receptive and responsiveness to our concerns. Our unit is fully furnished with modern amenities including two refrigerators and in-unit washer and drier. A much nicer alternative to the outrageous prices charged by The Yard and 618 S Main.

Great unit, shared living space, newly constructed
Great location, wonderful management, fair price. 6 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms - located ~10 min walk to Ross, ~10 min walk to town, nearby many other Ross students. Unit is highly functional, tons of closet space, bathrooms well designed, etc. Highly responsive management team.

Top quality amenities, a great landlord, and great location. Only cons are the poor soundproofing across floors and the single heating controller.
