Excellent Value!
The Brown Hill Apartments are nothing fancy, but I get great value. They're spacious, well-located, cheap, and the landlord is very responsive and friendly.
One downside is that the walls are a bit thin, and we are close to the train tracks.

Great, cozy apartment
Cozy apartment with limited amenities (e.g., no dishwasher, coin-op laundry) but really excellent, responsive landlord. Central heat & A/C. Assigned parking. Great location within walking distance of campus and downtown. Pretty busy on game days, given proximity to the stadium, but otherwise quiet.

Excellent Value!
The apartment is nothing fancy, but living here has been seamless and convenient. The landlord is extremely responsive and cares for the property well. The apartment is spacious and well-located near the law school and downtown area. I also feel I have many small perks, like a parking spot and utilities taken care of.
