728 S Main St

Positives: Great location at heart of where many MBAs live; Free parking space; Recently renovated; Central heat; Timely maintenance service; Ample kitchen cabinet space/storage.

Cons: Floor plans a bit small (but not too small); Quarter laundry machines aren’t the best; Not much storage outside of kitchen.

728 is conveniently located to the stadium and downtown and is a 12-15 minute walk to Ross. 728 is also on the more affordable side of a one bedroom apartment

The apartments in this building are 400 sq ft, which can feel small. But they have a nice layout and you get an actual bedroom. Each apartment also has its own balcony and is decently updated. Outdoor parking is included in the rent.

I have had mostly positive experiences with my landlord. I love the location of my apartment because I'm not far from town or from school. There are many graduate students in my building, which is nice. The building itself is newly renovated inside, so all of my appliances are new and work well.

I've enjoyed living at 728 S Main - my apartment has a balcony which was great during the warm weather to have a morning coffee. There is great lighting in the apartment and my plants have been very happy over the past 5 months. Also, being near the old west side neighborhood has been great - it's residential, family friendly, and quiet. Great neighborhood to go for walks/jogs. The one downside to the building is its proximity to Main Street - the traffic can be a little loud sometimes (I also think I'm particularly sensitive to noise), but it's nothing a pair of earplugs couldn't solve for me. Overall responsive management, and quiet considerate neighbors in the complex.

I have had a great experience at 728 S Main. It's located right at the intersection of Hill and Main St. The location is awesome (especially on a game day). It's also right next to a 7/11 and Dry Cleaner. It's about a 15 minute walk to Ross, and 10 minute walk to Downtown Ann Arbor.

728 S Main St is a great value, and it is definitely a cheaper option than 618 or The Yard. However, it is no frills. There is limited storage space. There are 2 laundry machines (requires quarters). Parking is included.

Good place, good value and location for 1 bed/bath.

Hidden Gem near the Business School

Love this building. Management is extremely responsive and great about fixing any issues. The only downside is parking isnt covered so the lot can get bad when it snows. When you have a visitor there is no way to buzz them in so it can get tricky with packages. Rooms are spacious and its generally a quiet building with business and law students.

Temperature control could be better, but overall value for a newly renovated unit is about as good as I have seen
