Hidden Gem near the Business School

Cant ask for much more
Love this building. Management is extremely responsive and great about fixing any issues. The only downside is parking isnt covered so the lot can get bad when it snows. When you have a visitor there is no way to buzz them in so it can get tricky with packages. Rooms are spacious and its generally a quiet building with business and law students.

Temperature control could be better, but overall value for a newly renovated unit is about as good as I have seen

Great apartment for single or couple
The apartment is spacious and in a great location for Ross, downtown, and proximity to other Rossers. The property management company is generally responsive, although I’ve occassionally needed to follow up on minor issues.
