Overall fine
The location is conveniently close to the school. It is near some athletic facilities and the train tracks, so it can be noisy outside at times. The train seems to run at some odd hours, so it might be more of an issue if you're a light sleeper. The building itself is a little old, which is most noticeable when it comes to cleanliness in the nooks and crannies of the apartment. The walls are also thin. There's a laundry room in the basement; the washing machine is free while the dryer takes quarters. The landlord is nice and usually pretty responsive (it seems to be a family-run operation), though smaller issues might fall through the cracks. In terms of tenants, it seems to be split about half-and-half undergrad and grad students.

Overall good value for location, size, and being furnished. Quality is okay but some maintenance issues and landlord/maintenance is not always very responsive.
