Good apartments - pretty nice as Ann Arbor housing close to campus goes. Love that the apt comes with two parking spots.
Cons: can be loud, as mostly an undergrad building. Laundry is abysmal - constant problems. So close to campus that if you leave on game day some idiot will invariably steal your parking spot just for the hell of it.

Convenient to Ross, very thin walls
The location of the apartment is great, it's a 3 minute walk to Ross and 10 minute walk to East Liberty. However, the walls are very thin and the layout is not great. There is often a lot of noise in the building and can, at times, get overwhelming. There are two covered parking spots that come with the apartment, but one of them should barely be considered covered. Whenever it snows we still have to clean the car windows.
