Great house in south philly

Newer apartment in a great neighborhood
I love the neighborhood and the apartment is relatively new. It has hardwood floors, newer appliances, and everything has been really well maintained. There also is a patio out back that is really nice! The landlord is very responsive and always helps us if we an issue (which have been rare). The only downside is that the walls/floors are thin so we can hear our upstairs and downstairs neighbors when they talk and walk around--this definitely isn't a deal breaker and I highly recommend this apartment!
