Great Location
Right by the University of Sciences campus and within walking distance of Penn. Very close to the 11, 13, 34, and 36 trolley lines so you can always get where you want to go. Right on Clark Park and only a couple blocks from the farmers market. Landlord is gruff and not very communicative but he's responsive to maintenance issues, which is a plus. Lovely layout of the apartment, and each bedroom has its own closet and bathroom. Plus, we have our own laundry in unit.

Great Apartment
This apartment has 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathroom (each bedroom has an attached bath, and the laundry room has a half bath). There is a beautiful full kitchen, large living area, nice laundry room, and large bedrooms. Everything is hardwood.
The landlord is nice and very responsive, and the location is amazing. It's quiet, next to Clark Park, and there's a farmer's market in the park every weekend, year round. It's within walking distance for Upenn and the university of the sciences, and the neighborhood is beautiful.
It's less than a block from the 11 and 36 trolleys, 2 blocks from the 13, and only 3 blocks from the 34, so it's incredibly easy to get around without a car.
