It's expensive for its size

It's too pricey for a small one bedroom with what can best be described as a kitchenette.

Wellington Apartment Review

I have lived here for all four years of medical school. It is absolutely perfect for 1 person and it was great having parking. I was able to walk to the Presby Oakland area or catch a bus if needed. The amenities are a little outdated but it was great for my budget!

Living here is great!

I really enjoy living in Wellington Apartments! The management company is very responsive and fixes any maintenance problems I have, such as changing a light bulb or fixing a leaky sink, very quickly. The only downside is there is no AC, but you can install a window AC unit for an up-charge on your electricity.
