Absent Landlord
Our apartment is newly renovated and seemingly beautiful because of it. However, it is clear after living in it for a few months that our Landlord clearly cut corners and hired people who did only an eh job. There are many little things that are off about the apartment such as when the oven is turned to 450 it sets the fire alarm off or our front door deadbolt lock and doorknob lock don't match to the same key. The worst part is that our landlord doesn't respond to us. It took over a month to get our bath tube cocked after asking multiple times and putting requests in. There are many things we tell him about and he either doesn't respond at all or says it will get done, and it doesn't. Overall though the apartment is nice quality and liveable.
