I really like the location and I got a great deal! I have two bedrooms to myself and I made one an office. They originally wanted me to pay $1050/month but I talked them down to $600/month. Management may take a while to respond to maintenance request (but all of them so far have been in late August when everyone was moving in). It is located near frats and can get nosy during weekends. If you live in the bottom level, you often hear movement from the upstairs units.
