Student Housing
It has its pros and its cons. Occasional issues with trash and weed smell (and wifi with late year). It is a nice building with nice people. Safe packages, nice rooftop, awesome location.

Had issues relating to being new but now is pretty good
Had a lot of issues relating to move in and having apartment complex done with construction as a whole. Still is getting updated but should be done soon. Is pet friendly if you have pets (cat and dog only), has parking but not nearly enough. Great study center and Gym. It is also a 10 minute walk to the Business School.
Down side - a lot of undergrads
