Good Location, Good Choice for living alone off campus
5-min walk from Kroger in the Frandor, 1-min walk to Route 1 bus stop, not too far from campus without a car. Nice studio, the bedroom is actually separated from the kitchen area. Tiny gym lounge on every floor. Biggy coffee is just downstairs. Flexible contract , good maintenance service. No furniture, no utility is included, rent is considered to be a little higher but is negotiatable.

Great Simple Apartment
It was very easy to sign the apartment and the leasing office was very helpful. The move-in process was very easy and the leasing office is very accommodating.
