Great Townhome Across from Rec Center
Convenient location- I have a 10-15 min walk to the hospital/school. Rent is a great price with a roommate. Home is definitely outdated but is 1200 square feet with a large porch and big yard.

Excellent location and lots of space
We live about as close to campus as you can get; we are across the street from the Vanderbilt Rec center. Our rent is a little bit higher but we are able to walk/bike to everything in the area. We are in a very central location and within around 1 mile from most of our classmates.
Our townhouse is 2 stories and is quite large. While it is older, we have more space than most of our classmates and have a bit of a yard with a nice back porch. Our apartment is quite old and not as nice/renovated as other apartments, but it is still excellent for what we need.

Great Townhouse
Well kept townhouses. There are probably 20 of them on the lot. The location is hard to beat, and they are all 2 bed 2.5 bath. I live there by myself but have had a roommate, easily fits 2 people. Each townhouse has 2 parking spots and there are a few guest spots available. They're right across the street from the Vandy rec center which is really convenient, and the walk to school is ~20 minutes.
