The Enclave
Maintenance is quick. Staff is helpful. The mail system is bad but that is city wide. The amenities are amazing and the location is the best in cstat. Walking distance to HEB and Target. Bus stop to campus right outside of the complex.

Decent
The London is a decent place to live. It is located close to school and is priced a little above reasonably. The apartment and many of its facilities are outdated. The maintenance staff is slow and at times unresponsive to urgent needs.

Hidden, Quiet Community in Pristine Location
Tucked behind a series of top hotel brands and 4-5 star restaurants, Cedar Creek is the perfect community for the couple/family looking for a quiet residence. This property has about 48 units (that's not a lot in C-Stat), twice as many trees, and plenty of room for pets to wander. The property is older but the maintenance crew is very responsive -my A/C went out at 4pm on a Friday and the in-house repairman was there within the hour. I could not recommend this property enough to the tenant looking for plenty of space for cheaper rent. Best apartment for families in the area.
