Late Maintenance, Overcharges
The property managers rarely ever deal with maintenance quickly. You have to pester them constantly. We had three hornets nest on our porch for three months before they were removed. Once we moved out, they charged us $400 each for issues that were not our fault (they dropped them after a long appeal). The gym equipment was always broken. Not worth the money.

My Honest Review of Parkway Place
I genuinely can't think of a worse place to live than this apartment. The staff is incredibly incompetent, the property is terribly maintained, and there are outright legal violations that cannot be brought to court because the judges will side with the massive real estate company.
I moved here because of its proximity to the Allen building and easy access to a bus stop.
Most, if not all, buildings have severe problems, whether it be roaches, black mold, or just a general lack of functioning amenities. Maintenance is made up of two old men who simply can't keep up with the requests.
I would highly recommend taking them off the TAMU affiliate program because they are in no way, shape, or form qualified to be on there (It is the only thing that this company cares about, so if you want anything done, you need to go to TAMU and do whatever you can to take them off this list.
I CANT STRESS THIS ENOUGH, DO NOT LIVE HERE.

Has been good overall.
Has been good overall. Management is very responsive. Maintenance is responsive and reliable as well. Bugs can be a problem because of the location but pest control comes as often as you request it. Unit was clean when I moved in and have had no problems. Mix of undergrads and grad students.

Very good
The maintenance is amazing and are very responsive. There is a propensity for bugs because of the location in the middle of a woody area. There are some parties but what can you expect with student housing. Overall, the property management is very responsive and communicates well.

Nice management and convenient
This apartment is like 4 minutes from the Bush School, you have access to the amenities of Parkway Place and 2018 place. Maintenance and management are responsive and very nice! They are super pet friendly and even started keeping cat trees in the front office for my cat when I took him to visit! They have some really cheap options on 4 bedrooms and some more pricy option on bigger 2 story 2 bedrooms. You can also get a part time job with them and get paid + a reduction on your rent if you need a job during school ( to get the most out of the rent reduction if you decide to work there I would recommend the 1 bedroom since the rent discount is a percentage). The convenience of not getting stuck in traffic or having to drive a long way to school makes a big difference on the stress of getting ready and out the door.
