Management is bad.
I moved in, and they tried to get me to move into a bug-infested unit, and they forgot to clean out the previous unit's stuff. They were able to give me a new unit. Still, there are occasional bugs, our floor has soft spots, the garbage disposal and dryer do not work, my key did not work in the mailbox or amenities for the first 2 months, they change their office hours on the fly, also there have been robberies on our property, and they do not tell us.

Nice place, good management team
University trails is a very nice place. When I first moved in we had a flea infestation but management handled it very well. Since then we’ve had very few issues. Any repairs we need are fixed in a reasonable time.

U-Trails Review
This has been a great apartment. The units are clean and large, the parking is free, and it's close to campus. Wifi and Water are provided and the maintenance is usually quick. They rent per room, and I and my roommates each pay 673 a month.
It is a little expensive, but you are getting what you pay for.
