Great location
Great location for Bush School students--about a 5-minute drive from Allen building. Duplex in a relatively quiet apartment complex with great amenities--pool, sand volleyball court, study spaces, gym, etc.

Good
Management is sometimes a pain to deal with, but if you keep riding them you'll get the result you need. Property is pretty nice, maintenance crew is nice too

The Woodlands
It’s pretty nice, I would recommend staying in a 3by3 instead of a 4by4 like me, it’s about $20 extra dollars a month but it comes with better incentives such as two closets a room about twice as bigger.
