The Aria
It’s under new management and is now called The Aria. I personally have not had a great experience living here. The place was filthy when we moved in, any time something is broken maintenance requests are either ignored or drug out for weeks, it’s extremely hard to contact people via email or phone, and they’ve been doing construction on every single amenity and parking space since July which they told no residents about prior to move in or signing a lease. Zero transparency

The Aria (old Gateway Apartments)
Old apartment, they are renewing the complex as it just got bought by a new management company. I think it has great potential I just really dislike the location.

The community being small and has 3 bus routes and a park right beside is amazing.

Decent Place to Live
At first, I was a little concerned with how long it took to address any maintenance requests. However, things have gotten much, much better and I think it might have been a rough start because they were trying a new website to review requests (Property Meld). Apart from that, the townhome is pretty spacy and better than the average college student housing conditions, especially for the price I pay monthly.
