Aspen Heights

Great location, amenities, and staff but the parcel delivery system is a nightmare and they raised the rent prices on us for a second year an exorbitant amount.

Easy for an out of stater

Biggest pro: proximity to campus. I will not be living here again because of price increases next year. 9/10
