This place is great

This is a great place to live for anyone who wants to live in downtown phoenix. The management is great and easy to get a hold of. The other residents are a mix of families, working adults, and other students. There is a decent pool and gym. They have a Luxer mailroom, which you can access anytime you get a delivery. Parking is free and covered but there are a limited amount of spots. Many residents have to park on the road to the side of the apartment. Without a parking pass (free for residents)though cars will get towed if parked in the complex
