Experience
Overall, ive had a pretty positive experience here. It is about 7 minutes driving from campus, 10 with traffic. They raised our rent this year, but our unit is more expensive then the other 2 beds/2baths on their website. They have 2 lounges, a pool open during the summer, a small gym, and plenty of parking. It is also across the street from Publix and plenty of restaurants

We've had a great experience here! Modern amenities, beautiful living space, very responsive management and maintenance. Walking distance from grocery store and restaurants, about a 30 min walk or 15 min bike ride to get to campus, also on a bus route.

Has it's pros and cons
pros: spacious, easy parking, pool, lounge, balconies, right across the street from publix, decent gym
cons: management is average, cockroaches unless you set up traps (all disappeared after that), loud stomping noises from upstairs neighbor, 8th ave is super loud, so an inside apt or one on the side streets is best, doors from garage to inside are usually broken.

Sunny, Clean, Beautiful Apartment
The management company has been great, our apartment is spacious, sunny, accesible, and has modern appliances and wood floors. It’s walkable to many restaurants, across the street from Publix grocery store, and close to Vanderbilt campus.

Great Location
It’s a great place that has residents who are respectful. Other residents are upper 20s and low 30s in age on average. Dog friendly apartment. Management is very nice. I love living here. Great location too, although I do drive to school (it’s a very quick drive). I often walk to 12south with friends to grab coffee or food!
