Very good deal in a nice spot

We like our apartment here a lot. Always clean and office is great. Gym access is nice and we are right next to Richland park which is a good perk. Most things are pretty modern and the designs are nice (I like the big island we have). Biggest downside is being right along the highway. I have a billboard out my window for an injury law firm that says “I’m Alexander” in giant font. On one hand, he interrupts the other wise nice view of some mountains and rolling hills. On the other, I know who to call if I get in an accident. The highway is also right nearby which can be a little noisy but usually is no big deal. Pretty easy to get anywhere in Nashville from here too and parking is included. Lastly, the lighting is nice and the windows are pretty big.

Great Place to Live!

I love living at west 46th. It’s a quiet community and is mostly working professionals. The staff is amazing and super responsive to any issues I have! There is a bus stop right in front of the complex so it is possible to live here if you do not have a car! I drive and it’s about a 5-10 minute drive to campus, even during rush hour!

Solid All Around

This is a perfectly B apartment building. Nothing about it is particularly outstanding, but everything about it is good.

West 46th Apartments Review

West 46th has been pretty good so far. My significant other and I really like our apartment. It is reasonably priced compared to alternatives, it has updated appliances, it is right next to a bus stop, and building management is super friendly and helpful. Also, it is really close to both The Nations and Sylvan Park neighborhoods, so all of the great restaurants and bars in both of those neighborhoods are really close. Also, there are a number of grocery store options west of the building down Charlotte, providing greater variety and accessibility than what is available in Midtown. On the other hand, the building is right next to a fire department and on Charlotte Ave, so sirens and street noises are a pretty regular occurrence. The maintenance team has been helpful overall, but sometimes, they are careless about scratching up floors and leaving trash in our apartment. Finally, the building has issues with ants in the warmer months.

West 46th Apartments

It has been good overall. The downsides have been the fact that parking is limited to one car per bedroom in the unit and the commute to the law school isn't great (10-15 minutes if you drive and 25 minutes if you take the bus). The positives have been cheap rent, and a communicative and helpful staff. Also, the apartment and the building are both clean and modern.
