It’s a safe neighborhood with lots of students from different schools. Very close to the Texas Medical center and Rice (15 minutes drive).
Each condominium has an owner so you need to contact the compound office or use www.har.com to go through agents.

All Needs Met
This apartment has met all my basic needs. It is 15 minutes from school and close to multiple groceries stores and food places. However, the area is kinda sketchy as there were multiple break ins in this apartment complex and nearby complexes.

Very quiet community
I really enjoy my community. It's quiet and conducive to taking classes online. I only wish there was more amenities nearby.

Great place!
Wonderful area to live in, super close to school, Hermann Park, and many shopping and grocery stores! Complex is pretty quiet and secured
