Love it! Super fast maintenance. Very spacious with low rent. Love the location. Very little traffic to get to edgewood hospital.

Devou Village is a great complex! I haven’t had any bad experiences with management, cheaply priced, and very quiet.

Devou is very quiet, perfect for law students. Parking is abundant and the units are relatively large. There are miles of trails located right outside your door, as it is very close to the Devou Park Backcountry Trails. The only downside is the units are a little dated, and there is not much natural light. They also have a strict no pets policy.
