Noise review
Definitely look for a place on the third floor if you want more sunlight. You won't be influenced by the noise that much also if you are on the third floor. If you live on the first and second floors, you can hear people walking on the stairs.

Decent living at 20 mins ride from Campus
Pros:
The property is good.
Bus available to go to the campus at regular intervals.
Gym, pool, and other amenities are functional.
Cons:
The maintenance is not very swift.

Leasing office inspection
The leasing office came to the house for inspection without noticing us in advance. There was one time I was alone at home. Two males knocked on the door. I did not answer because I don't know them. However, they broke into the house and unlocked every room for checking. It was a scary experience.

Pros and cons
Rent is cheap, but leasing office service is poor. It is also difficult to connect to the internet here.

Could be worst
The place is good. Your room will probably big and the kitchen is good enough to make your stuff. Probably you will find some infrastructure issues. Th gym is acceptable, not many things but good enough to make something.

Complaint
All packages need to go through the leasing office so you may get them 2-3days later than the actual delivery date.
Card for the room get out of function easily. It is troublesome that we need to go to the leasing office to reactivate the card. I did that 4times within one month.
