Campus hill apartment

I am a graduate student so it is a nice quiet area in Okemos. Very clean, lots of nature around. Responsive management and GREAT price. Free parking and huge lot. My room is really big. Close to many stores nearby and the mall. No gym but there is a free one at the sister complex across the street ish

Decent

It's nothing fancy, it has its issues, BUT for the value of being able to live alone with 2 bedrooms very close to campus, it is worth it for me. Maintenance is responsive to problems that spring up. I feel safe and its a generally quiet apartment. It is also pet friendly.

Maintenance

Maintenance is slow, requested a lot of times but it took them more than month to start doing something, but I still have problems.

-good for the price
-lots of storage space and closets
-kind of smells bad (have had to burn so many candles and plug ins, etc.)
-sometimes feels unsafe (neighbors yelling, drug paraphernalia, etc.)
-run down appearance
