Disadvantage and advantage

When I moved in, I found my room was not cleaned. However, the contract mentioned that the room would be cleaned in August. I spent whole midnight to clean my room by myself. On the other hand, suction vents were dirty. When I asked office to clean them, they just responded that they didn't have to clean suction vents. I don't understand why... The refrigerator is dripping. The office also said it is normal that it would be some water inside the refrigerator. It was weird.

The advantage is this location is near to the bus stop. The parking lot is free. They fixed light quickly.
