Awful Complex,
I’ve lived here since August and, despite repeated complaints to management, most issues remain unaddressed. A few things future tenants should know:
Security is basically nonexistent. The garage gate and building doors are frequently broken, leaving the property accessible to anyone. Oddly, the pool is the only thing kept locked. The onsite security "guard" does nothing but harass tenants.
Cleanliness is a serious problem. Hallway rugs are stained with pet waste, the stairwells are treated like dumpsters, and the “valet trash” service leaves the halls smelling foul.
Amenities are poorly maintained. The dog park is unsanitary, and the package delivery system is unreliable—packages are often left outside and stolen.
Units themselves are underwhelming. Insulation is poor (expect higher utility bills), paint is peeling, and layouts feel awkward for the rent (~$1550 for a 1BR).
Management turnover hasn’t helped. New staff, same lack of follow-through.
Bottom line: The location is good, and most residents are quiet and respectful, but unless management invests in real improvements, the property is not worth the price.

Its good enough. Safe. Appliances outdated. Very helpful staff.

They need to spend some money on updating some things. Not a deal breaker, but definitely could be better.

Great apartment if you don't mind a 10 min drive to school. Not very convenient if you plan on walking or using public transportation (but doable). The floorplans are really spacious. I am renting a 1 bed 1 bath with a study, which is super helpful for working from home. The rent is 1250 and includes parking.
