Magnolia Hills Apartments
The management company does a great job, the biggest negatives are the price, which isn't just a problem with this location. The only other negative is thin walls so I can hear my neighbors a lot .

Magnolia Hills - a block away from campus
I really enjoy living there. The apartments are huge, with a balcony and brand new appliances. The tenant is also amazing!

Good location, good landlord
These apartments are kind of old and it shows, maintenance is a little slow. The landlord/property manager is really nice and helpful. Washer/Dryer is not in unit which isn't super helpful. The parking situation is fine, however the spaces are small and I've been door dinged many times.
Grounds are kept up OK, not wonderful.

Great staff, apartments are very roomy. Only downside is the buildings are old, and can sometimes carry some funky smells from previous owner

Magnolia Hills Review
I am really enjoying life at Magnolia Hills. The apartment buildings in the complex are older, but my unit has been updated with new appliances and counter tops in the kitchen, and new carpet throughout. Although it's older, it appears to have been well cared for and maintained. So far, it has been a quiet place to live and I hope to stay here for my duration in Manhattan.
