?

It is a great location for shopping/eating. However, it is pretty far from campus and Aggieville (to an extent). It is also really really loud because I am next to a busy street.

Housing review:

I feel safe at this apartment. It is in a vey convenient location. I can walk to downtown Poyntz and it is easy to drive to grocery/food. I drive to campus but I appreciate being a further distance from typical college living (housing on ratone, bertrand, thurston, ect). There is an ATA bus stop at this location.
The apartment has been receptive to needs and is fast to respond for maintenance requests. The apartment has a lot of built in storage which awesome.

Great place to live.

I’ve lived at Strasser my entire time as a graduate student. It’s quiet, clean, and the management is quick to attend to maintenance issues. The space I am in is beautiful and spacious! There is a ton of storage space. My only complaints is that the hallways and entryways to the building sometimes have unpleasant smells and I once got locked out on a weekend (Saturday) and called the emergency line to get me back in and they never responded. I had to wait until Monday. Luckily, I have a partner to stay at in town but if I didn’t, I would be SOL! 😂

Nice location and spatious

In general, the apartment is good. It has a pretty good location, near the farmer's market, downtown complex, downtown mall, and Poyntz Avenue where some of Manhattan's nicer restaurants can be found. You don't have crazy student neighbors (party, drinks, etc.). However, unlike most other properties, Strasser Village/Landing does not cover any utilities. And the renting price might be on the higher end for some students. Also, it's right by 4th St. which is one of the main road in Manhattan, so you get a decent amount of traffic noise.

Great apartments and management

The management is great and the apartments are kept in really good condition. I have to pay my own internet, electricity, water, gas, and pet rent on top of the rent, which is the only downside. I also had to get my own furniture. It is in a convenient location and easy to access.

Great apartments and management

I have loved living at these apartments since the day I moved in. It does not come fully furnished. Rent does not include electricity or internet, but water is charged to the same account at rent, but not included in rent. It allows dogs and cats, which is great. It is in a convenient location to grocery stores, fast food, and restaurants. It is also a 5-10 minute drive to campus depending on the traffic and right across the street from Aggieville and Downtown Manhattan. There is a bus stop at multiple parts of the complex as well.
