Wildcat Inn
Apartments seem nice at first glance but are very overpriced for what you get. Rent starts at $675 plus electricity, gas, laundry, and wifi. Have dealt with issues of mold and pests in this apartment. Walls are very thin and noisy. Management is very rude and difficult to deal with. The location is good, the apartments are spacious, and the neighbors are nice.

Wildcat Inn on Claflin
Mine is one of the renovated units so I can only speak for those - Nice little apartment overall, good condition and great closet space. Kitchen has lots of storage and decent counter space if you like to cook. Maintenance staff are prompt in responding to requests. A short walk to campus, the rec center is a short drive away, and it's close to groceries. My only big complaint is with the laundry: there are only 2 of each machine and they aren't that big, and not in great condition as of this autumn. I go to a laundromat instead.
