Good Experience

I have had a good experience living here. The apartments and amenities are nice and well-kept. It can be quite expensive, but I find that it's worth it. The location is the best part, you're walking distance to all of the shops in Perkins Rowe. It's about a 15-20 minute drive to campus, depending on traffic.

Great Location

The location is great, but there are some difficulties finding parking in the evening, there is no management on sight, and the maintenance of the individual units and appliances leaves a lot to be desired.

Safe and “Luxury”

Park Rowe Villages is a nice and very safe apartment complex. Moving to Baton Rouge, being in the nicest and safest apartment building was my number one concern and this complex was the nicest accommodation I could find. I haven’t heard of any crime in the surrounding area in my almost 3 years here and the unit and amenities are the nicest I could find here in Baton Rouge.

Park Rowe Villages

I really like my apartment complex. It's only like 15 minutes from campus and I haven't experienced any problems with the management company or my neighbors.
