Community Management in Denham Springs

This is a more residential area and many people within the complex are in the work force, so this isn't a very interactive property. Because it's a condominium complex, many people own their units. The area is generally safe, although it is not walkable. It is a little far from LSU Law, and you would absolutely need a car to live here. On average it takes me about 15 minutes to get to campus, but at rush hour this can turn into 30 to 45 minutes.

The management of this property is great and they are incredibly responsive with maintenance requests. I haven't had any issues that weren't fixed within the week. There are few amenities included within the property, but there are many gyms, restaurants, and grocery stores within a 10 minute drive from the complex.

The actual unit I live in isn't modern or considered "luxury" but it was well-kept and meets all my needs. I would suggest looking on Zillow or Redfin for landlord-owned properties. I had the most success doing this.
