Terrible Maintenence
The apartment units are adequate, but not nice. I had many ongoing maintenance issues during two years living there, including plumbing leaks. I would fill out work orders and go to the leasing office to speak with people about these problems, but it would take weeks to get anyone to address them. When maintenance did come, they did not fix the problem. My roommates were still having issues with plumbing leaks when I moved out. Additionally, the amenities are not kept up well. The pool water turned green at one point because it hadn't been cleaned in so long.
