Pet friendly, quiet and close to LSU
I moved here with my boyfriend and our two dogs. The pet policy is very friendly, which is great since we have a large breed. The complex is generally quiet, and the facilities are well maintained. It’s about a 12-minute drive to LSU without heavy traffic, and only 6–8 minutes from supermarkets and restaurants.

Indigo Park Apartments
The grounds are quite nice and the apartment units are quite nice. However the gates (this is a gated complex) are often broken or always open and therefore at times not secure/gated. The office staff can be unresponsive or slow to respond or very difficult to get in touch with. While the gym is quite nice, the maintenance (emptying garbage cans, ensuring hand sanitizer and equipment cleaning wipes are stocked) is quite poor.

Excellent
The complex is clean and open. Lots of greenery and ponds make the environment very beautiful. The grounds keepers do well with grass cutting, picking up trash, and making sure all other amenities are functional.
