The Warwick

Although this place is another 5-10 minute drive away from most LSU student accommodations, it is well situated near Towne Center (Whole Foods, etc.) in a newer suburban setting. The Warwick itself is a bit dated, but the staff is amazing to work with, especially for those not familiar with Baton Rouge. Gated, Parking, Pool, Fitness Center, W&D (available in every unit upon request). The only advice I have is to perhaps look elsewhere if you are intending to attend every home football game because it can be difficult to easily and cost effectively get to campus and back on game days. Worth a look if you are a couple years older and are open to living aside other young professionals

Great complex located near Towne Center. The Warwick is gated and has on-site security. Crime rarely ever happens here, and if it does, management is honest with the residents. We receive email notifications if there are any pressing updates for residents. I began living here as a single woman and felt safe. The Warwick is peaceful adult living, definitely not a rowdy college complex. My neighbors are friendly, quiet, and the complex is pet friendly. Best of all, all utilities are included in the rent! That's right, no separate water, electricity, sewage, or internet bills. No matter how much you use of these services, your rent will remain the same. Orkin Pest Control is also included in the rent, so pests are not a problem. Maintenance workers keep the grounds clean and they respond quickly to service requests. The complex has an on-site pool and gym, which are nice. I would 10/10 recommend living here.

It’s a bit far from campus which has its advantages and disadvantages. But overall I like being able to still run errands on game days, lots of restaurants and plates to check out near Jefferson Highway/ Corporate.

Very quiet and I feel safe.
