The perfect luxury apartment experience
Absolutely love my apartment. The only reason I took a star off is because it is so expensive. I would not recommend this place to a single person living alone in college because of the price. It works out for me because my boyfriend and I split rent on a one bedroom. The location is amazing, I wouldn’t want to live anywhere but downtown in Baton Rouge. So close to the law center but away from the hustle and bustle / undergraduate shenanigans of the rest of the city. It’s also a small building (only 25ish units) filled with mostly middle age and older people as well as some graduate students. I’ve never met an undergrad here. Highly recommend to an incoming law student who has a higher budget and/or a roommate.

Great location; excellent price
I would recommend. Excellent location. Located downtown. Dog park one block away. Children’s playground, two blocks away. 19th JDC and City Hall, 3 blocks away. Grocery store, 2 minute drive, under 1 mile away. About 5 blocks from the river walk and interesting events that occur downtown. Very safe neighborhood. Great location to run. 1 mile from State Capitol, another great location to run. :)
Note that rent is regular like $1450, 1500, but there was a special going when I became a tenant. My current rent also includes a private garage behind a gate which I use to store lots of items and my car.
