Decent
Has all basic needs (covered parking, gym, pool, dog park, tons of storage, not far from school). Not the fanciest place, but definitely is sufficient. It allows me the freedom to live on my own. Generally quiet for studying.

Great place!!
I love living here, sad to leave for clinical rotations in a few months. They allow pets, have a pool, 24/7 emergency maintenance, and the rent Isn’t bad for the square footage. I live in a lofted studio, which is really neat and different than a regular one bedroom apartment. I control my own thermostat, I have 17ft high ceilings and windows that bring in tons of light. The community is also gated with a guard 24/7.

Don't even bother...
Pros: Close proximity to awesome CrossFit 215 gym and East Falls stop on Norristown Line. Lofts are beautiful and spacious...but other problems made my experience hell.
Cons: Rodent problem (mice falling from ceiling) and various appliance repairs were NOT handled in timely manner. Security severely lacking. Electricity is OBSCENELY expensive.

Dobson Mills
I would recommend, and have recommended, Dobson Mills to anyone! This complex is affordable, pet-friendly, and well maintained. One issue is that there is only one entrance and exit, however having a security guard is especially important.
