Quiet and Peaceful Complex

Located right next to the Mall of Louisiana, The Addison is a perfect complex for grad students who seek a little separation from campus life. It's just a short drive (around 10 minutes) to LSU via I-10, and is close to Siegen Marketplace with easy access to restaurants and stores. It also has a sister property next door (The High Grove) that is a little more affordable for students on a budget.

Safe and quiet

Energy efficient complex - utility bills very low (around $45 per month in summer). Easy access to I-10. Inside entry/ very safe. Quiet neighbors and well-built. Elevator. Gym. Nice pool.
