Kelly's Ridge Apartments

I have really enjoyed my experience at Kelly Ridge. My one primary complaint is that there has been a ridiculous amount of construction over the past several months as they are renovating every apartment as each person moves out, but that is unavoidable.

Great complex, I feel safe, easy drive to school, and great for pets. They are currently remodeling units with new finishes. There are lots of other law school students who live here.

I've really enjoyed living in this apartment. It’s clean, relatively updated, and the management is actively working on renovations to modernize it even more. The property includes access to a modest but useful gym and a decent pool, which are nice perks. One of my favorite things about living here is the location: it's within walking distance to several grocery stores, which makes errands super convenient. It's also in a solid part of town, just about 10 minutes from the law school, so the commute is quick, but it’s far enough away from campus to offer a bit of separation from the undergrad crowd.

Great place to stay!

I've had a great experience living at Kelly's Ridge. The staff is friendly and responsive, and the complex is well-maintained. I really like that the apartments are spacious and have a decent amount of natural light. I also particularly like the location - it's far enough from campus that you get a nice separation from school, but you're still very close to several great ammenities, making it great for grad students.

I have been living at this apartment since 2016 and have had no complaints. Management is great. If there is any issue, maintenance is always prompt.

All around a good area to stay with really great staff. Tenants mostly keep to themselves and it's generally quiet.
