Nice place to live, responsive property managers, and maintenance. A little far from campus.

I have had a great time at this location. I've lived here over 2 years and even though it is pricey, I don't regret it. When someone breaks or isn't working, I usually get maintenance within 24 hours or less. It is a quiet and peaceful location. It is away from the downtown craze but close enough that you can get to campus in less than 10 minutes. There is plenty of space for all of my suits in the closet.

Great place to live as a graduate student

The apartment is great. It is spacious, about 950 square feet. It has double sink vanity, walk-in closet, pantry, in-unit laundry, laundry room with lots of storage, coat closet, good sized balcony with a closet, linen closet in the bathroom, built-in desk, and open floor plan. There is lots of parking, grass areas, and it is dog friendly. Maintenance responds quickly when needed as well. One downside is that the grass areas are muddy and uneven. It is very dark at night to walk a dog (no lighting in the grass). Maintenance doesn't clean the dog poop stations as frequent as they should and sometimes the stations overflow for days. They also do not cut the grass as often as they should.

This has been such a great experience. The apartments are extremely nice and neighbors are very quiet. I moved from a two bed to a single bed when my roommate graduated and the management team was so helpful in getting me into a new unit. I have made maybe one maintenance request because everything works well.

Great for privacy, and has everything one could need in a home. Maintenance responds fast management has been communicative and a pleasure to work with during the application process.

Stayed at KH for all 3 years. It's age 22+ so no undergrads live there. Maintenance is quick and management is easy to reach. Very safe and clean, and drive to campus is super easy.

The apartment has high ceilings, double sink bathroom, large kitchen with an island and pantry, and laundry room with storage. The floor plan is open. It is in a quiet neighborhood and there is lots of parking. They also have security that occasionally patrols. The pool is nice and has grills. The building allows you to have electric grills on your patio. For pets, there are lots of places to walk your dog with many bags/disposal stations.

Great property and management. It is peaceful and well maintained. Best place I've ever lived at in Columbia, Missouri.

Very safe and has nice amenities. It’s 22+, so you don’t have to worry about loud undergrad parties or anything. My cats also love it and maintenance is responsive.
