Good

This is a good place to live for graduate students even though it is marketed towards undergraduate students. It comes furnished, you can buy a parking pass closer to your apartment or park in one of the free spots, there is free printing and free gym access at the clubhouse, and comes with wifi. It can be noisy at times is the only issue. I have had to tell neighbors and file complaints about noise issues which for the most part were handled by management.
