Rooms and Apartments are spacious. Management is poor and the Wi-Fi is terrible. However, free shuttle to campus is nice.

It’s nice, not exactly what was marketed. Gym is great, has study rooms, is quiet and pet friendly. Wifi is hard to set up and isn’t great.

I lived on this property during undergrad and law school. Overall, my experience was nice, but occasionally I had loud neighbors. The price for the apartment was reasonable as far as student living goes (includes a shuttle to and from campus) but was high compared to nearby duplexes and other rented properties. Staff was always nice and helped me when I needed it.

Very spacious apartment with high ceilings and large walk in bedroom closet. Balcony with every apartment. A lot of parking for you and guests. Washer and dryer in unit as well as a dishwasher. Shuttle to campus is great and drops off in front of student union.

If you have a dog, beware that others living at the apartment don’t pick up after their dog and theres dog poop everywhere in the grass.

This apartment is a fine choice. It does what we need and it’s cheap but it is very loud and definitely geared toward undergraduates.

Living there has been a good experience. Maintenance has always been quick to answer requests and the staff are very helpful. There has been some issues with noise as there seems to be more undergraduate students than graduate students residing there. The parking is decent and the flat rate utilities really help save on cost when living with two other roommates.

My apartment is furnished and in a good location but the furnishings are very average. I haven’t had any problems with noise or other disturbances. The rent is very reasonable for it being a furnished apartment that includes utilities.
