Please Do Not Sign A Lease with Company
This apartment complex is owned by Gables Residential and the Property Manager is Ashley Speight. I would not recommend leasing an apartment from this company. Currently, I reside on the sixth floor and I have had a number of issues with my apartment. First, upon move in I could not use my shower, dishwasher, or AC. The apartment was so non-functional that I lived in a hotel for a week and spent $1500.00. The management company attempted to repair my shower but my AC and dishwasher are not fixed. In addition, there are roaches in my apartment and people constantly smoke marijuana. The windows in the apartment cannot be opened. I have cable and internet through Xfinity but they cannot get these services running properly because the wiring in the building is not up to par. The garage door does not open properly and if something happens to your vehicle, the management company is not responsible despite the garage being private property where residents pay fees for certain parking spots. The package area where packages are received by residents has non-functional cameras that do not work. Packages constantly get stolen, and I personally have had several packages come up missing. The garbage disposals are on odd floor numbers and they are not properly maintained. Overall, please do not consider this property. Go elsewhere because I am once my lease ends this summer.
