Quiet Neighborhood

I like Hidden Valley because it is quiet and within a reasonable distance of campus. The apartment buildings are regularly cleaned. However, I was told when I moved in that rent was rarely increased, and rent has been increased each year I have lived here. It has been a reasonable amount, but it was deceptive.

Good apartment for living alone or as a couple

It was a nice place to live and conveniently located to campus, as long as you have a car. I did not feel comfortable being outside at night due to the location, but during the day it was fine. Management is very responsive and there is plenty of space in the apartment for 1 person.

Phenomenal Apartment

This apartment had so much room and the manager Nikki Parkhurt is great. I lived their all 3 years of law school and never wanted to move. It is about a 5-minute drive from campus, but is right down State Street. There was a huge closet, bedroom, and living room. The living room also had enough room for me to add an office space when we went online. There is also a storage unit and the laundry is just down the stairs. The apartments are set up in units, so in my unit I had 5 other apartments. I never once heard my neighbors or worried about bugging them.
