Amazing Place

Beautiful apartment and affordable. Good location downtown. The only downside is communal laundry on every floor rather than your own machine. Need to pay for electricity, internet, laundry, etc.

Nettleton Commons affordable single space

I have a studio apartment for what i consider a cheap alternative to the studios surrounding campus. I have only 3 complaints. First, the water heater is small so showers only have about 5 minutes of hot water. Next, each ac/heater unit is loud and the brick walls do not insulate temperature well, so the unit is constantly running. Lastly, the building is across the street from a busy soup kitchen. Some in the building feel unsafe leaving the premises at certain times of the day. Im a tall male and have not had any bad experiences, however, I can see why some people feel unsafe. The building and parking lot are very secure, but the surrounding area is not great.
