Great place to live

What I like best about living here is it's proximity to the food, shopping, and activities downtown. Nothing is further than a 7-10 minute walk away. The apartment is located less than a 3 minute walk from the Connective Corridor bus stop which is a route than runs directly from downtown through the SU campus. The apartment also has a fantastic rooftop area which is great on warm days. What I like least about living here is the price, although it is fairly competitive (and in many cases lower), than surrounding downtown apartments, and that it can be very noisy at times. Since it is located downtown, you'll generally see people from all walks of life out and about, however the building is very secure. It is a mixed-use commercial and residential building, but in order to get through the doors and use the elevator, either a pass is required, or someone internally has to let visitors in via the call box. Management is very helpful, flexible, and quick to resolve any issues.
