Best Apartment in Lawrence

I lived several places in Lawrence and this is by far the best. The apartments truly feel like home and are very spacious. There are large unfenced yards. The walking trails are gorgeous. All amenities are kept-up well and are wonderful to enjoy. Maintenance and the front desk staff are very helpful and fix things quick.

Do not rent from here

My time at the Nest was HORRIBLE, and every other resident I talked to from there agreed. The managers are horrible and not local, so they couldn’t care less about any of the renters. The neighborhood, although it seems safe, is the exact opposite. Cops are there multiple times a week, and SWAT is there monthly - no exaggeration. Save your money and sanity and absolutely do NOT rent from here.
